Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Desert-Deals.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: > * Digital Downloads: All sales of digital assets (logos, designs, software) are final once the download link is accessed.

• Personal Care/Perishables: For hygiene reasons, items like beauty products or custom-made goods cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
